At éliou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted pieces. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original éliou box and dust bag to ensure the pieces are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
